My Aunt Lori told me about a yummy (and healthy!) green smoothie that I mentioned on an earlier post and I had a request for the recipe so I thought I'd post it for you all!
It's very simple and only requires a few ingredients:
Ice
1/2 banana
Handful of kale
Handful of spinach
1 cup pear juice
Honey (optional for you hardcore health nuts, but I can't stand the taste without it!)
It's all about your personal preference and I just play with the amounts depending on what I think tastes best. If you try it, let me know what you think:)
